The Star Spangled Banner
You may wonder why I am so outwardly proud of my country and continue to fight for the preservation of and holding true to our founding documents. And why I am so critical of those who wish to tear down the values and principals upon which this Great Nation was built.
The Star Spangled Banner is know by all Americans, and by most around the globe, as the United States of America’s National Anthem. The words were penned, not by an experienced song writer or musician, but by an attorney from Baltimore by the name of Francis Scott Key. His inspiration for this historic American work should be inspiration to us all, for it tells a story, the story, of what makes America and American’s what and who we are.
If you are an American and truly LOVE THIS GREAT NATION WE CALL THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and HOME, it should and will bring tears to your eyes. Now, more than ever, as our Nation is under siege from within, we must stand together to hold Our Flag high. As one Patriot falls, the next must stand the post and continue to keep Our Flag from falling, just as our forefathers stood in defense of the new nation.
